If you live in one of our hotel rooms - we serve every morning between 08.00 - 10.00 a cozy breakfast. As a guest in one of our holiday apartments, you have the opportunity to buy breakfast.

The breakfast buffet consists of a minimum of home-baked breakfast buns, different kinds of bread, 6 homemade jams, cozy muesli products, various cold cuts, Nutella, honey, cold chocolate, soft-boiled eggs, various cheeses, milk and fermented products.

At night, our raw dough, shaped like buns, stands and enjoys itself in our cooler - and the next morning at early - the buns are decorated - put in a steam oven and grow to double size.
After the steaming bath, the buns are finished at 225 degrees ....!
Kl. 08.00 the buns are ready - and waiting for you!

We are on the eternal hunt for new recipes for wonderful jams - the hunt often draws us abroad and our jam selection is also marked by ....
Charlotte - our skilled kitchen staff - can always share the recipe with you - if you find a favorite on the breakfast table.

Når du, som gæst på vores hotel, ankommer til vores morgenmadsbuffet, har du mulighed for, gratis, at smage de skønne dråber, som Bornholm også er berømt for.

Vi udskifter jævnligt sortimentet, men har altid minimum 5 forskellige dramme og snapse.

Så - det koster ikke ekstra at få en endnu bedre oplevelse..!

Are you vegan, vegetarian or are you allergic to e.g. lactose and gluten - then we are happy to provide special products - as long as we know it 2 days before your arrival.
